Made-to-measure CNC & PLC Control Systems

We are specialists in the design and manufacture of PLC and CNC based Motion Control systems, for a wide range of Machine Tools and Special Purpose Machines. Established in 1974, the company has successfully completed a wide range of projects in the past thirty years. These projects range from major installations in the Automotive and Aerospace industries, through to simple one off control systems. In the process, we have gained a wealth of experience. Every project we undertake is supported by high quality CAD drawings and full software documentation.

Sanders Electronics excels when involved in the development of new machines from their original conception. In fact, many of our clients view us as their Electronics Department

In addition to our primary control engineering experience, we have considerable experience in working with both heavy and light mechanical engineering projects, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Developing close client relationships is at the centre of our philosophy. We take great pride in the multitude of successful installations with which we have been involved.

For our PLC systems we use the popular Mitsubishi FX2n Range of PLCs and the associated range of HMI Display Panels. For PLC based Motion Control Projects we use a variety of products from the wide range of Servo Products offered by Mitsubishi Electric.

For CNC based Motion Control projects we use CNCs from the popular NUM 1020 – 1060 Series. NUM is part of the very successful Group Schnieder who are well known for the Telemecanique, Merlin Gerin and Square-D product ranges. Again NUM offer an extensive range of Servo and Spindle Drives.

Where we cannot buy off the shelf control electronics, we design and manufacture our own custom electronics.
